One of the concerns of the Greek foreign policy from 1936 onwards is the strengthening of the inter-Balkan cooperation, both on the level of the Balkan Treaty and as to the improvement of the bilateral relations with the neighbouring countries. The photograph is from the visit of Romanian officers in Athens.
