On 24 May 2001 at the Naval Club of Greece an event in honor of the Foundation of the Hellenic World took place. The event, which was organised by the Greek-Canadian Association, commenced with the President of the Association Mr. Theodoros Aslanidis and the Head of Public Relations Mr. Antonis Foskolos. Then, after a short salutation by the President of Foundation Mr. Lazaros Efraimoglou, there was a presentation of FHW's activities by its Managing Director Mr. Dimitris Efraimoglou.  During the presentation of Mr. Efraimoglou the programmes of the Foundation were shown. The 150 guests watched the documentary "Miletus... A City in Four Dimensions", an FHW production, and the evening came to an end with a dinner, during which extremely positive comments about the Foundation's activities were heard. Finally, Mr. Aslanidis prompted all those that attended the event to visit the Cultural Centre "Hellenic Cosmos", in order to see for themselves all the activities of FHW.
