Within the frames of the annual award celebration and the offer of an honourary distinction to a great personality, the "Association of Sparta of Asia Minor" honoured the family of Lazaros Efraimoglou personally, his wife Ourania Efraimoglou and their son Dimitris Efraimoglou for donating a big part of their fortune, to the tune of millions, to establish the Foundation of the Hellenic World. "Their impressive contribution goes beyond the limits of our country and honours all those who come from Sparta of Asia Minor" stated the President of the "Association of Sparta of Asia Minor".
