MASA CULUMOVIC (Postdoctoral Researcher)

Dr. Masa Culumovic holds a BA in Classics from the University of Pennsylvania (1999) and a PhD in Classical Philology from Harvard University (2009). Her special interests include ancient Greek poetry and drama. She has taught at Harvard University, Furman University, University of Puget Sound and Miami University. She is currently a post-doctoral fellow with the Foundation of the Hellenic World. Her research project analyzes the poetics of space in the epinician odes of Pindar and Bacchylides.

KLEOPATRA FERLA (Scientific Supervisor)

Dr. Kleopatra Ferla holds a PhD of Ancient History from the University of Freiburg, Germany (1995). In the past she has taught at the University of Freiburg. Since 1996 she has been with the Foundation of the Hellenic World, with a leading role in the design and implementation of its culture and history oriented RTD projects. She is currently Head of the FHW Sector of Research and Management of Cultural Information.

The postdoctoral researcher and the scientific supervisor are supported by a group of Foundation of the Hellenic World personnel.
